The people behind it

The founders

Two complementary profiles — business and technology, Spain and the Netherlands — behind the growth of Iristrace since 2014.

César Mariel

Founder and CEO

A computer management engineer (UPV) and an early adopter of artificial intelligence applied to business. He founded Iristrace in Amsterdam in 2014, within the Startupbootcamp programme. He also teaches and speaks at business schools such as Fundesem, EDEM, ENAE and Universidad Francisco Marroquín, where he shares his experience in business models and no-code digitisation.

André Kingham

Chairman and managing director

More than two decades of international experience in technology, operations and regulatory compliance, with leadership roles at Royal Dutch Shell (The Hague), SAP (Walldorf) and SAS Institute (Heidelberg). An automation technology engineer trained at INSEAD, he brings Iristrace the operational rigour and strategic vision behind its international expansion.
